Into Mythic We Go

Mythic Liftoff

AXIOM has now cleared 9/9 Normal, 9/9 Heroic and 1/9 Mythic. So, the first Mythic boss is down and more will certainly follow. In patch 10.1.5 (12th of July) we will start raiding Mythic from reset-day instead of first clearing Heroic. There are still a few spots left to be filled out in the Mythic raiding roster (click here to apply), but it’s looking very good for Axiom.

Considering the guild only exists a few months and started out as a social guild, the guild has really grown in it’s ambitions since then. That’s due to a lot of time and effort spend into “creating” Axiom, from starting the guild to building a website. For that I would like to personally thank our Officers in particular for their time and patience with me and everyone in the guild. Without our Officers this first Mythic kill wouldn’t have happened.

What Now?

As mentioned earlier, the guild will now focus on progressing into Mythic and getting our back-ups and/or trials ready to raid into Heroic on a seperate day. So, yes, there will soon be a second raiding team that is going to raid once a week in Heroic. This way our back-ups can stay active with guild-raiding and our trials have a good way of showing themselves earlier on, instead of on Mythic progression.

We hope, as a guild, to get as far as possible into Mythic as we can this patch and prepare the team for our first full Mythic raid-tier in 10.2. What do we need for that? To keep as much of the main roster together for as long as possible.
